I call it a story of two MENACES. I accidentally saw it on YT and because it was a silent animated series I watched it (I mean if there was dialogue not matter how proficient I may be at guessing I still don't know the language). First of all the theme was close to home, I even have the same toy constructor they had in one of the episodes. But these two menaces are out of this world with their genius engineering ideas.

Pat and Mat are two clumpsy people who always get into some trouble and always find a creative way to solve it. Filled with optimism.
I haven't seen all of the episodes, but they were a lot of fun and good thing is that they're available on YouTube.
